A & F agreed to pay by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC"), 40 million U.S. dollars of all Hispanics, African Americans, who by the company because of their skin color discrimination Asian applicants. In their view, the company expects them to work only in the back of the store. Now need an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and F, in order to ensure equal opportunities for all, on race, sex, race, etc.
