CustomInk founded in 2000 by former college classmates Marc Katz and Dave Christensen

CustomInk was formally established in 2000 by former university classmate Mark Katz and Dave Christensen. CustomInk.com the first fully functional web site is launched in late 2000. CustomInk employee development, the term "transversal" to refer to themselves (currently, the term used to refer to customers times). In 2002, all customer feedback, uncensored and unedited, was put on the site. Uncensored reviews still in CustomInk.com web today. Mark Katz introduced in 2003, the company's core values of life, to "the golden rule, ownership of innovation." The company's annual "Inkademy Award" ceremony recognizes employees who best example of each value. CustomInk has been recognized as one of People magazine in Washington three times, "great place to work", 2005, 2007, and 2009 consecutively.
